Today was fun. I woke up at about 7.30 in the morning and quickly had a bath and changed. We then left for breakfast at our usual hawker stall for a bit of Roti Canai. We came back at about 9.30 when I started to read until about 12.30 pm when my father brought my brother and I for some Nasi Kandar. It was my first time having Nasi Kandar outside of Penang(a Nasi Kandar haven)and so I was a bit cautious about it. But it was brilliant. It almost matched up to Penang's standard. As we were still a tad hungry and because it was searing hot, we stopped at a little coffee shop for some wonderful Cendol. My father has been going to that same shop since he was 9 and so, we know that the taste was good. That really cooled me down. After that, when we got home at about 2.30, I was lying on the couch watching some TV when I suddenly fell asleep to find out that it was 5.30 in the evening! My cousins then came ver at 6 and we had a really great time. After going to a small restaurant for some Mee Goreng, we dropped off my cousins and headed for home.
At home, I started reading my new book which I bought from New Zealand. It's called View From The Summit by none other than Sir Edmund Hillary. It is really a very interesting read which you cannot put down. Then, at 12 midnight, my brother ( Man United fan), my grandfather ( Tottenham Hotspurs fan) and I ( Liverpool fan but for this game, neutral), sat down and watched the FA Cup match between Tottenham Hotspurs and Manchester United which Man United luckily won. After that, We went to KLIA to pick up my mother who had come by flight as she had work on Saturday morning and couldn't come with us.
